Common Questions
1. What happens if I don't meet the daily/weekly exercise goals? |

Each team needs to try and cover 80km per week between the 4 members. Therefore each individual will need to try to cover 2.8km per day or 20km each week. Each individual MUST complete at least 10km per week to be eligible to complete the challenge —remember it’s a team effort. If you complete the 28-day program goal you will be eligible to enter the prize draw. |

3. What do the 3 categories mean? |

To make the Fitness Challenge a challenge for everyone we developed a system whereby everyone is on an even playing field. This means that you will be placed into a category depending on your exercise levels - Level 1 (Beginner), Level 2 (Intermediate) and Level 3 (Elite). This way if one team has three Level 3 participants they will be handicapped accordingly. It allows participants in each category to compete against each other but also assures Level 1 participants do not get disheartened and Level 3 participants do not finish within week 1 or get bored. |

5. Will anyone know if I just add fake figures to enter the prize draw? |

Yes, your colleagues will know. Fitness Challenge is an honesty based program. Every participant is answerable to themselves and their team. Cheaters are letting down not only themselves but their workmates! |
